The Iowa Human Resource Recruitment Consortium is a public/private partnership of the Iowa
Department of Economic Development, Iowa Workforce Development, businesses, communities,
statewide organizations and educational institutions. The Consortium has a goal of increasing the
pool of highly skilled, qualified applicants in Iowa by recruiting a new workforce and retaining
Iowa’s recent graduates. In addition, the Consortium is working to showcase Iowa’s innovative
and high-tech careers and excellent quality of life. |
